A Little About Each Scent:
Calendula
Calendula and Mango Butter combine to make a gentle calming combination. Calendula is said to have antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and regenerating properties, and has been proven to aid in wound healing. Mango Butter is said to be rich in antioxidants and can be used to soften, smooth and moisturize rough dry skin. It has natural emollient properties, and is reputed to be useful for treating burns, stretch marks, scar reduction, wound healing and skin regeneration – smoothing of wrinkles. It is also reputed to have protective effect against UV radiation and can be used to treat sunburns.

Coconut Cake
Inspired by one of the owner’s love of coconut and her coconut wedding cake, this soap is sure to please all coconut lovers! Made with organic coconut milk, coconut oil, and shredded organic coconut flakes. It is not only wonderful for your skin, it smells great.

Dead Sea Mud & Salt
Dead Sea mineral mud and Dead Sea salt - the ultimate spa bar! The Dead Sea is the most saline body of water in the world with far greater concentrations of minerals than any ocean (a concentration of 32% minerals compared to other seas, holding approximately 3%). Mud from the Dead Sea has a high salt and mineral content, all of which are essential for the body. The mud infuses the skin with minerals leaving it clean, refreshed and hydrated. Dead Sea mud has the dual purpose of exfoliating as well as being as a natural cleanser. It not only removes toxins and impurities from the skin, but also tightens and tones the skin, improves blood circulation, hydrates the skin and aids in skin regeneration. King Solomon, Queen of Sheba and Cleopatra are said to have been among the privileged to benefit from the Dead Seas curative powers. Dog Shampoo Bar (Naturally Insect Repelling)

Generally these conditions are improved when pets are bathed with gentle shampoos that are ph balanced and do not contain irritating cleansers and free of phosphates. This super gentle shampoo bar contains moisturizing sunflower and castor oil, coffee grounds that are said to be more odor absorbing than tomato juice, and a blend of great smelling and naturally insect repelling essential oils.

French Rose
Amazing combination - rose and French pink clay. Perhaps no flower is more recognizable and no aroma more evocative than that of the rose. The rose is common and unassuming, blooming carefree in a grandmother's rambling, overgrown garden, yet the rose can also personify black tie elegance, its velvety blossoms lavish enough to keep company with champagne and caviar. The healing tradition associated with the rose is no less remarkable than its fragrance and beauty. Roses are known for their mild anti-viral and bactericidal properties are mildly astringent and beneficial for cleansing and refreshing dry, sensitive skin. French Pink Clay is used to cleanse and detoxify the skin, remove dead skin cells and create and overall refreshed appearance. It is used to treat acne and other skin ailments and sun damaged skin.

Happy Camper Naturally Insect Repellent
This soap smells like Montana! In addition to ground wild juniper berries, it is made with several essential oils known for their insect repelling qualities. Dead Sea salts to gently exfoliate outdoor dirt and grime. Great for camping, kitchen, and grease monkeys.

Hemp
Made with unrefined organic hemp seed oil, patchouli, and sweet orange essential oils, this soap has a great earthy smell. Hemp seed oil closely matches our own skin’s lipids and the essential fatty acids are readily absorbed into the skin. Hemp seed is said to play a preventative role in skin aging and a healthy moisture balance. Not only does hemp seed oil contribute greatly to the barrier function and appearance of the skin, it also has other skin benefits such as offering relief to acne, minor abrasions, psoriasis, and eczema.

Hunting & Fishing Soap
This soap is made with anise, a natural licorice smell that helps disguise human scent from wildlife, which makes it great for hunters. Trout anglers have long known that one of the secrets to really great trout fishing lies with bait. When you get down to it, experts say trout love cheese, garlic, and anise oil. Of the three, we went with the anise for our soap.

Lavender Butter
Lavender and cocoa butter have been used all over the world for their healing properties. Herbalist regard Lavender as the most useful and versatile plant for therapeutic purposes. Lavender is most commonly associated with burns and healing of the skin. It also has antiseptic and analgesic properties, which will ease the pain of a burn and prevent infection. It also has cytophylactic properties that promote rapid healing and help reduce scarring. The scent of Lavender is said to have a calming effect on the body and it can be used to reduce anxiety, stress and promote sleep.

One of our most popular soaps, for good reason! Not your average peppermint soap! This soap is sure to wake your mind and skin up. Made with three kinds of mint, it has a refreshing scent. Black pepper helps intensify mint smell and provides gentle exfoliation.

Pumpkin Butter
Pumpkin Butter contains pure organic pumpkin to protect and soothe sore, rough skin. Pumpkin is a nutritional powerhouse. It contains enzymes that gently exfoliate flaky areas and helps to relieve itchiness. Mango butter provides additional soothing and moisturizing properties. This is a mild soap, great for sensitive or eczema-prone skin.

Smoke Jumper Pine Tar
All natural pine tar is a vegetable liquid obtained from the wood of various trees. Using a process that is century’s old, pine stumps and roots are burned very slowly in special kilns. This pine tar is a resin rich liquid that is extracted from the bottom of the kiln. This is authentic Stockholm tar. Genuine Pine Tar has been valued for hundreds of years. Traditional sailors describe this rare grade of tar in words usually reserved for fine wines and tobaccos. It is also used for veterinary purposes, in hoof moisture retention and for pharmaceutical purposes as treatment of different kinds of skin ailments such as eczema.

We make our handmade cold process bar soaps in small batches with all natural and organic food grade ingredients, the old fashioned way. Each bar of our organic soap takes over a month to produce, yielding premium soap. Cold processed soaps naturally contain 7%-13% glycerin, which helps keep skin soft and moisturized. High quality certified organic ingredients can cost significantly more than non-certified, but we think the smarter consumer will make the investment in themselves and the environment.
